Anyone Know a Good 'How to Cure Sinus" e-book?

I have had a sinus problem for a couple of years and my doctor has put me on steroids and antibiotics.

I hate the idea of taking these meds forever.

I've browsed through a few hyped up offers for "sure-fire" cure e-books, but I'm a bit wary of placing an order for some freaky quack remedy that doesn't work.

Can anybody out there recommend a decent e-book that makes sense?

And actually works???
