My doctor sent me to an allergist for tests!
If I follow her advice, I'll have to spend a fortune on anti-histomines, special air conditioner filters, humidifiers and what-not.
I would also have to stay indoors during springtime and halfway through summer!
Sheesh!
Are there any natural remedies that work for my kind of problem? Antihistamines are OK for awhile, but they dry up my nose and make me feel zoned out.
I've heard about some kind of fruit juice that's supposed to work, but I've forgotten the name and my local health food store thinks I'm crazy.
Help!!
